Our Methods

In all of our offerings, we offer highly-honed interviewing and assessment methods. Peter Barber has been interviewing candidates at all levels for 15 years. He has an exemplary track record of assisting clients to appoint candidates who succeed not just in the short-term but who prosper and thrive into the medium and long term.

We meet every candidate face-to-face before submitting them to a client unless there are unavoidable issues preventing this from occurring. In instances where the candidate cannot be met in person, we will interview them online using a webcam-based call.

Peter Barber uses the interviewing method that best suits the purpose at hand and typically focuses on a behavioural interview technique at first instance. This is also supported by further sessions with candidates in person and over the phone to determine traits that may not clearly emerge at an initial meeting.

We are also able to offer leading-edge psychometric assessment tools through our partnership with major providers of best practice assessment methodologies. These assessment processes can be utilised in each of our offerings and range from relatively simple, online testing methods to intensive one-on-one assessments with senior psychologists.
