Talent & Coaching

Talent has become something of a catch-all descriptor of late. Our Talent services are based on five key stages: defining what Talent means for a particular client; determining where the Talent lies; assessing the Talent through a variety of methods including anything from direct approach to gleaning 3rd party-elicited information; assisting to appoint the Talent if and when required; and updating all of these stages as agreed or on demand.

We are able to map a job-type across a target market and then drill down to gain more data so as to create a business-critical document. It can be a snapshot or a living document that changes as any of the 5 stages need to be adjusted. This method can also be used on the client’s own workforce with our assistance. We can bring our methods ‘in-house’ and assess our client’s own people, free from any potential for concerns of bias.   We can also provide data so as to compare the internal Talent with the external. The method used is as always with our services: fit-for-purpose for the client.

Coaching is a powerful tool for advancing a career.  Our coaching services are grounded in Peter Barber’s 20 year+ experience in recruitment, search and HR.  After undertaking initial training in coaching over 20 years ago, Peter has honed his coaching style to suit HR practitioners, in particular, but also has experience coaching lawyers and general managers. The solutions offered have a focus on career coaching with attendant formal and informal mentoring options available but can be adapted to suit other needs. Pricing is based on level and duration of solutions sought.
